th, 2009 – 09/09/09. Are you thinking,
so what? After all 07/08/09 came and went this summer. There are some cool things happening today…
1) Apple is making a big announcement today. Steve Jobs is expected to reveal something exciting and usually, Apple doesn’t disappoint. We’ll have to wait until later this morning to see what it is. Maybe it’s an iPod that will do your taxes for you.
2) The Beatles digitally re-mastered box set AND rock band game will be released today.
I think there is significance between the two. Perhaps Apple will announce that iTunes will FINALLY start selling Beatles tunes. By the way, the band’s song “Revolution 9” ends with the words, "number nine, number nine, number nine."
So – back to nine…
Many brides and grooms are getting hitched today. Not a bad idea considering it would be difficult to forget your anniversary. Plus one Florida county clerk’s office has a wedding special today -- $99.99.

One last note on 9’s…
ancient Chinese emperors associated themselves closely with the number nine, which appeared in architecture and royal clothing. However the Japanese consider it as an unlucky number.
