Affordable Housing in Baltimore Goes Green

Affordable housing in Baltimore will now be environmentally friendly as well.

Bridge Private Lending is joining forces with Baltimore to launch a the Transforming Urban Neighborhoods ... One Green Home at a Time campaign today. Today there was a ribbon cutting at the first green home at 204 West Lorraine Avenue in the Remington neighborhood of Baltimore. 

Homes will be renovated in the neighborhood using more green practices, such as reducing energy use. 

The three-story, three bedroom row house on West Lorraine Avenue will be up for sale in the next several months.
