KFC Sued Over Free Chicken Promotion

It was the giveaway that had fast food fans lining up for free chicken.  But KFC's Oprah-driven promotion got so huge the company had to pull back its offer and ask customers to get raincheck vouchers they could redeem at another time.  Now two California residents say that's not good enough.  They've filed a lawsuit against Kentucky Fried Chicken and its parent company, saying KFC used false advertising to lure in customers.  The pair believe the chicken giant should have done more to accomodate the crowds of fans who showed up to redeem the printable coupons.  Both are asking to get back the money they spent trying to get the free chicken.

I don't know what they expect to get.. after all it was for free food. However, I do agree that KFC should have done more

So you want to sue KFC because you didn't get something for free. Well I hope the courts throw this case out and laugh in your face. To many people sue for stupid reason and the courts are the reason. They should be throwing these cases out and you will have to paid your lawyers. The joke will be on you.

Now I would only be ashamed of this story if this didn't get thrown out of court. I hope whoever is suing KFC gets what's coming to them they are embarrassing to their family belittling themselves into suing over something so stupid. Do people need money so bad that they are destroying the integrity of this country? People who pull this stunt should be ashamed of themselves.
