This year marks the 20th anniversary of Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore, or WEB.

Since its beginning WEB has used a rigorous screening and training process to launch more than 15-hundred businesses.  It also boasts more than 2,000 graduates.

The Executive Director and one of the graduates were guests on this week's 2 The Point with Terry Owens.

New WEB graduate Wanda King says the program helped her move from unemployment to owning a business.  King and her class will celebrate their graduation with a ceremony Monday night.  She was one of 1,500 people who applied for the program.  Only 25 were selected.
