ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) -- A 24-year-old man has pleaded guilty stealing women's underwear during a series of burglaries last year in Ellicott City.
Brian Eui Hong of Hanover pleaded guilty Tuesday in Howard County Circuit Court to four counts of first-degree burglary. He will be sentenced Dec. 21.
In each of the burglaries, the victim reported that underwear had been stolen. Hong told police that at least once, he dressed as a woman while committing the burglary.
