EASTON, Md. (AP) -- A Talbot County teenager has been indicted on charges of raping three younger teens.

Eighteen-year-old Trey Kramer of Claiborne faces charges including second-degree rape and perverted practice.

Records show that three younger girls told police that Kramer had given them alcohol and sexually assaulted them last summer. Two of the alleged victims were 14 years old at the time, and the third was 13.

According to police reports, Kramer told the victims he would go to jail if they told anyone about the assaults.

The alleged victims didn't come forward until months later, so authorities had no physical evidence.

A deputy court commissioner denied applications for charges against Kramer, so prosecutors took sworn statements from the girls and presented the case to a grand jury, which handed up the indictment.
