Baltimore County police have arrested a man and woman in an Oct. 13 homicide at a home near Randallstown.
Police say 27-year-old James Tanner and 27-year-old Terell Spencer, both of Baltimore were in custody. On Wednesday night, Tanner was charged with first-degree murder and Spencer was charged with accessory after the fact and conspiracy offenses.
Detectives are still looking for other suspects in 35-year-old Lamont Blackston's murder. His wife found him with gunshot wounds at their home.
He was dead when police arrived. Investigators have said several people confronted Blackston as he arrived home and forced him
inside before shooting him.
Police believe the motive was robbery.
