Baltimore County Police are investigating a murder that happened in Essex Friday afternoon. Police say Marin Jonathan Landoski George was found dead in his apartment in the 800 block of Briar Hill Road.
Police say George's neighbors heard him inside his home Friday morning but a maintenance worker found him dead inside around 2:30 Friday.
Police say the home was ransacked and the don't believe this was a random attack. The cause of death is still under investigation.
