Arrest Made in Hopkins Hit-and-Run Case

A man has been arrested in connection with the Hopkins fatal hit-and-run of student Miriam Frankl. 

Officers arrested Thomas Lee Meighan Jr, 39, of Sykesville on Saturday afternoon. 

Investigators are conferring with prosecutors before announcing formal charges. 

Frankl was killed in the hit-and-run that happened on October 16th in North Baltimore. 

She was a junior molecular and cell biology student at Johns Hopkins University.
