Getting back in shape is hard for almost everyone and sometimes we are too busy to spend the time to workout. But that doesn't mean we can't take a few minutes out of day even at home to get going in the right direction.

Today, Lynne Brick was back in out studios to show another way we can work on our bodies at home. Today's topic: our butts. Lynne showed Megan how easy it is to work out our butts and how it can help our backs and legs.
