More and more people want to have good looking, shapely shoulders and upper arms these days. But many think that means heavy weight lifting - something that they are not interested in doing.

Today on Good Morning Maryland @ 9, Jamie got a lesson from Lynne Brick on some simple things you can do at home with small weights or rubber bands that can tone and shape your upper arms and shoulders. They are so simple and effective, you will be showing off your shoulders in no time.
