A) Balance of Protein, Carbs, and good Fats
        1. Eat breakfast everyday
        2. Size matters
        3. 5-9 servings of fruits/more veggies
        4. Color matters

B) Push-ups
        1. Against wall/desk or chair
        2. On floor
        3. Feet up on step
