Reported by: Dave McHugh
Last Update: 10/14/2008 8:48 pm
October is Breast Cancer Awareness and this week WMAR ABC2 is "Thinking Pink" as we help raise awareness of breast cancer.

And to start off the "Think Pink Week", we chat with Robin Prothro who is part of the Maryland effort of the Susan G. Komen Race for the cure. The race is this coming weekend and about 30,000 people take part in the event.

Of course, there is a lot of information for people interested in taking part and for those who many want to avoid the area. Robin gives you all a few hints on how to prepare for Sunday's event.

And registration is open and available up until the morning of the event.
