WPOC Radio Helps Listeners Find Jobs

Contributor: Kanika Ware
Last Update: 6/25/2009 6:13 am
If you're looking for a job, some good news.
A local radio station is giving you the opportunity to advertise your skills to potential employers.

WPOC is accepting entries for host Laurie DeYoung's segment called Laurie's Radio Resume. If you're unemployed you can record a 30 second spot on the station highlighting your special skills and what kind of job you're looking for. The station says it doesn't matter what field you're looking in.

Listeners chosen to record a 30 second spot can also post their resume on the station's website.
