I hope the police catch this guy soon. I don't even what to think about what kind of harm can be done if women start carring weapons because they feel the need to protect themselves. Not to metion young men taking to the streets in pack to try and catch him on their own. When people feel like they are not being protected they tend to take the law into their own hands and that never ends good for anyone.
