Don’t be fooled by fake apps this holiday season.
According to The Now, fake mobile phone apps appear to be from real chain stores like Dollar Tree or Nordstrom, but some have malware that will steal your personal information.
Fake apps usually don't have reviews, and will list a recent "publish date" instead of an "updated on" date.
They also use poor English or feature a store name that may be spelled incorrectly.
