That's the motto at Synchronicity Boutique in Pikesville, Md. For owner Karen Mazer, it's not just lip service, she truly believes that every customer is important.
"Every customer is my most important customer, and I really care," she said. "Shame on any store or any desiner that makes customers feel that they are doing customers a favor by waiting on them.
Specializing in special occasion gowns and dresses, Synchronicity Boutique carries a variety of designers, styles and sizes. Mazer makes it her mission to match women with a dress that makes her feel beautiful.
"It means so much to me to see every person, every shape, every size, every ethnicity, every budget all finding great merchandise," Mazer said. "But even more so, all finding increasing self-confidence. That, along with a great smile, are what make a person look exceptional, no matter what fashions they select."
Styles vary from couture gowns to a great dress for a night out on the town. They even have looks straight off the red carpet, but without the Hollywood price tag.

Customers travel from all over the east coast to visit Synchronicity Boutique. It's one of the only shops of its kind in Maryland.
